Weekend Racing Report - August 20, 2005

U.S. National Criterium Championships - Downers Grove, Illinois

Up and coming Sunrise Sports Cycling Team member, Jason Rafeld, was the only team member to travel to Downers Grove for the US Nat’l Criterium Championships on Saturday, August 20th. Racing in what will be one of his last couple of races as a Category 3 rider before upgrading to Category 2, Jason put in a great effort to make the lead bunch of 10 riders. In the sprint from this group Jason held on to take 5th place overall.
