The The 2004 team had been sponsored by different lead sponsors. Many of the same team members remain, forming a well experienced core. The teams USCF association was with the Ann Arbor Velo Club, the largest USCF club in Michigan. A central element of the team is the development of Junior riders. The team offers juniors the opportunity to race and train at the highest levels of the sport. Each year the team works to send as many junior racers as possible to the US Junior Road National Championships, where they gain fantastic experience racing at the highest level of the sport.
